We started with the history of e-commerce dating back to 1979.

Children used online graphic design software that was available from the computers in the IT suite and Chromebooks in the classroom.
The aim was to get their new business noticed. Children created flyers for social media, business cards and animated graphics for their online store.
Building our websites
Young Web Designers
By now children have a good understand of what makes online shopping tick. They know the history, most popular sites, what makes an online store successful and the dangers of online shopping.
Now it's time for children to start to put into practice all the theory. They have already designed logo's, business cards and advertising for their online store; now it's time to build the site, add products and see if it looks good enough to make them a million. Remember these children are 11 years old.
